Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. If your order appears lost or has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we will investigate the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
